This package not only include 6 to 12 sessions of art therapy and/or holistic coaching, within 3 to 6 months or less (can complete up to 2 sessions in 1 week if you desire, or 2 per month, you choose the pace), it also includes a care package made specifically for you (mailed after your first or second appt), and daily text messaging support and inspiration.

The 6 months package also includes psycho education and soul work content, as well as an individualized curated reading list and books sent to you.

PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY PACKAGE IS DIFFERENT AND CURATED AS PER INDIVIDUAL NEEDS. Often varying items that are not listed above are included and/or many of the items above may not be included. Everything you receive will be specifically curated for you.
